Mb Vito repair of fuel high pressure pump little valve!

Hello,

I have a mb vito 112cdi from 2000.

I have removed the fuel high pressure pump from the engine to check the little valve on the intake line(low pressure). And the little valve should be able to move without problems, but its stuck.

Does someone know if its possible to repair the little valve in the high pressure pump because a new one is pretty expensive?

I have tried with a very small screwdriver, but I cant get it loose. Seems to be stuck in "open" position for return line.

Does anyone have any experience with this type of repair? Is it possible to do something?

you don't see the bridle? you just need a pliers (or maybe a glasses )

I have also try remove the bridle, but it doesnt help.
The valve is stuck in bottom of the high pressure pump, and i cant get it out or remove it.
