Got opel corsa 2000 model. Car won't start and if read with op-com fault code 15 appears( vehicle speed signal).
What is this and how can I repair it.

Doubted it won?t be speed signal, crank sensor more likely.
Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!
