hi all.totally new to all this stuff so all help and info is appreciated,ive recently purchased the r4 card and memory stick and a neighbour of mine set me up with it, anyway he has now left the area and ive not got a clue what sites to go on to download games for my kids of 6 and 12.thanks in advance.

Just google ds roms mate. There are loads of sites. Personally I use:
GBA Roms, NDS Roms, We have all the Roms - The Epitome of Emulation!

I agree with Janobi...Romulation is by far the best and fastest free service besides torrents.
