Autoroll Autoupdate Prob

Have been trying to help a couple of members from abroad thru pm.

This is the problem if you delete the keys in Keylist.txt & restart the cam it freezes if you put the keys back in they clear. So the box is not Updating.

Which file is needed Autoupdate or AutoRoll ? they have both

Is AutoRoll for evocamd?

Is Autoupdate for mgcamd?

Does one of these files need a line for there provider id ?

nope no provider ID tho i have had the problem where ive added the news keys and roms and not generated keys or even generating keys with the wrong provider code i found that a re flash fixed my problem tho i couldn't say why. I think for cable its autoroll.cfg but i cant be sure it will come with the new keys folder anyway.

have you tried tuxbox commander? press yellow button,go to var and press ok , go to keys press ok , go to camd_cfg press ok and scroll down to A: AND MAKE SURE ITS SET TO A:[02]

Yes the seting are the same as mine but theres will not update.

Do you think chmod 766 files in keys folder would do any good?
If so how do you do it never done it myself.
