SAAB 9-3 2003 year production. Cannot ignition ON. On display: STEERING WHEEL LOCK.Pull out key,turn steering wheel.Try again.....

With the help diagnostic can read BCM----one DTC-----B0473 without definition.

I change steering lock unit from another car---not work.

I change CIM from another car with reprogramm eeprom---not work.

The B0473 error in BCM is related to the "parking heater fan relay" so that should not be related to your starting problems.

If you change steering lock unit you need to program/add it with Tech 2 or other compatible tool to the car.
