VU+ Streaming

I'm trying to figure our how to stream from, vu to laptop, not havin much success, any pointers guys? Also which vlc player do i use, when i googled i got a list of different options. Different strokes for different folks.

tunisia sat dreambox player and streamer,i used to have that on laptop you just typed in ip addy of dream/vu to connect.

if you have vlc on your pc ..... for best results (especially on HD channels)..use firefox with the vlc plugin installed , type the box ip in the address bar and simply stream from the web interface
