Default tidy up the start up menu

today i was having a look at my start up menu and noticed two programs which are starting up and i dont know what they do.
they are FopPufj and foppufj both are checked and when i uncheck the later and apply the changes it just checks itself again so that it always starts with the start up. Has anyone got an idea what they do.

Done a scan with avg free and it's a backdoor Trojan.
The anti virus has quarantined them and I will check later to see if they have been removed from the start up menu.
Malware bytes free gave a clean scan.
