Try maybe pluging it into a car with diagnostic connector, see if it comes back to life. What amps is the 12v power supply giving out?

try 3 adapters and 2 cars,its not the voltage the problem.
Inside have 7805 regulator Sow work with 11 V too

Inside software its not boot!
This is why the screen remain blank
This is the problem
Maiby can be writed again by USB,but how?
This problem hapens many time with X431 tester.

where did you get nec adapter from and if u av eeprom 24c wrong way round i think that's why machine goes out off software
you are losing me abit here
with writing on chip right way round bottom left pin 1
if there's a dot on chip that is pin 1
the tapered edges on chip biggest tapered edge if edge is on bottom pin 1 left

You lose the point my friend.
Only chinese sellers give a solution like this.
When you say ,the unit not more working they answer:you don t know how to use or maiby you are wrong conected....

When Digi got blocked was in Main Menu but with eprom conected,buy there is no voltage aplied to anithing even if is conected ,only when you read it or write it.
on main menu try to press tabs but not respond,then unplug power,result was 1 digi clone dead!

Open it and look for lose things, bad solders or something, you know....building quality on chinese tools is not the best.........

Solderings inside are good, only connectors are soldered by hand. Mine needed a hand paint also.
