then your digi wigi CAN is not good... put obd cable and measure is there connection to CAN wires trough digi... obd 6 is CAN high, pin 14 is CAN low...

did you tested your digi using OBD cable and CAN comunication with car? my first digi was with not working CAN and my supplier replaced it...
...put both ST60 and OBD cables and measure CAN wires :
OBD 6 and 14 pin to ST60 18 and 17 pin, not shure wich one is high or low on dash, maybe pin18 is CAN high and pin17 is low...
