One on the left does it connect to usb ? Looks like ftdi chip is missing

For me looks on the one on the right yanhua (label with E, is it maybe E quality) and the left looks like someone make a bether yanhua copy with missing ftdi chip, can it be so ?

I had today Zafira year 2002 VDO dash... Digi not working, tried many times, done with opcom...

Digi often has problem with old Opels. For opel I always use opcom.

Corsa year 2001 VDO dash works ok. Vectra year 1999 done ok. So, it's a matter of trying them out

Opel Zafira from 2002 have VDO dash with 93c56 or TRW with 24c04.
After author of post, say that op-com made the job, i'm assuming that car have VDO dash.
So, before posting crap, READ.
