Does the Digiprog3 able to do both Dash and EZS by OBD on a 2008 Mercedes E550. I think it's a W211. If so what order do you do them. Can the tool also clear the Assyst and Assyst plus too. If anything i want to change mileage in EZS. Any instructions on how to do it if you can't do it by OBD

It will flash the dash. The original km will be in ezs you will need rosfar or similar programmer to do ezs
