what modifications,original digi not work HC08 W203 EZS,some work and some not,what with baned device,

Then that is your problem ..

.. someone has bought an update .. and then posted it here your serial matched so you used it .. now if you get your's updated to 4.92 .. I assume that you may then post that file .. for someone else with the same serial to get ... Just a wild guess here but I would say that's why some numbers are banned
