    Default FTP to usb?

    Im trying to ftp some picons to the usb stick which is mounted on the dreambox. Using filezilla all i get is: 550 Create directory operation failed.
    Any ideas? Its doing my head in.

    Just remove it, stick it in the pc, and copy the file on to it.
    Delete any other picon files on there 1st, and make sure you name your new file picon.
    Should work fine.

    Cheers mate but my pc wont let me read/write to the usb as its formatted ext2

    If there is nothing on there you are worried about, initialize it, via the device manager on you box.
    It should then format to ext3, I think it would be ok FAT32

    Cheers mate.
    I managed to format it in ext3 on my pc and then I was able view and drag & drop using some free software.
    Picons now work a treat!!
