Default Opel Vivaro 2.5cdti problem after flashing

    Hi,
I seem to have a week with strange problems! :-(
I flashed an Opel Vivaro 2.5cdti over obd with new Galetto and after the flashing the car starts fine, but it runs noisy in idle (too much fuel) and when I step on the gas it shuts down, but no faultcodes in the ecu! I have checked the injector coding with another tool and this is still correct!
Flashed back the ori file, but problem remains!?
    Ecu is edc16c36, 0281013363, softw 388184.
Does anyone have an idea? I have removed the ecu to check the flash contents with bdm, but this seems to be fine!

check with a diagnosys tool the instant values of fuel injected (mm3/sec or mg/sec).

Can you tell me why I should read these values?
What can be determined from these relating my problem?

I think the problem could be related to corrupted eeprom. Perhaps some control values for the pump or so have been changed.
Does somebody have an ori eeprom read of a Vivaro 2.5cdt for comparison?

If I leave the car in idle P0089 occurs (Fuel Pressure regulator problem).
Can this be a result of a bad value in the eeprom?

original file is already flashed back, but this did not make any difference.
How can the ecu be reset other then using a dealer tool?

    Hi
You need recode "Fuel Pressure regulator type" with original diagnosys.
    Renault can-clip serves.
You may need to write the original file again to recode sensor, in this case, after recode file read and write bdm.

the bdm files in my first post are the bdm files with the ori flash again and the correct injector codes.
Is the fuel pressure regulator type coding stored in the flash or eeprom?

update: I have found a fuel pressure pump coding and this is correct!
The fuel pressure is going up and down (idle rpm also goes up and down) continously and then after some time the error comes in.

    Hi
    Yes, rigth.
The fuel pressure regulator type coding stored in ecu.
You need recode with renault CAN-Clip for esemple.
I did it several times, but always need to ECU original file. With modified file, dpf-off, etc, is usually not possible to recode pressure regulator.

Can you tell me something more about the coding?
Is it a code which should be filled in or is it a selection?
Did you ever face this problem after flashing an ecu of a vivaro?

So, if I use bdm to flash the flash chip (not eeprom) and recode the injectors etc. it should be fine?
Does someone have a bdm flash file for this ecu?

Problem solved by updating the ecu at the opel dealer.
The dealer told me this is not the first time they had to reprogram a vivaro with this type of ecu after a flash attempt with an obd flashing tool.

I had this problem on a traffic and a vivaro after reprogramming the ecu due to a corrupt system (water in fuel sensor fault even though one was not fitted from new).
I found that the default pump setting selected the wrong value (cp3 instead of cp1 or something) Only a second re-flash cured the problem.
