New Nissa BCM to PIN Code

Hello - my Siemens BCM does not say made in europe or germany or mexico etc - it looks like this:

Its a Pathfinder R51, I am trying to program new key from scratch. It is a keyless key with a fold out metal key. Car will not start. Error codes P1610 and P1614 and P1612. I used to work fine but I have only had 1 key for years. Paranoid I would lose or break it one day I got a new key from Nissan but as I love tinkering with car computers etc thought I would program my own. Now both keys do not work, oops!

Should Nissan Supercode be used for this type of BCM? I see there is a large 'A' but the label is not the same as a made in mexico 'A' so I have tried default code 5523 just in case, but it does not work. I tried using a Topdon obd2 device and it gave me key code 'old = 1630' and 'new = 0212' but they do not seem to work either. Quite stuck now?
