After forced regeneration the particle filter ash mass will be renewed when all has gone fine...

he wants to set it to zero, it' s needed after you change the dpf.

you can do it with VAS

01 - engine, 10 - adaptation, channel 12 - value 00 - OK.

If you have changed dpf for a new and still have dtc for dpf and limphome and cant clear the dtc, try this.
Look at dpf load when the engine is in idle, when it comes below 20g (if i remember right) you can clear the dtc. Sometimes you can get dtc for a leakage on differace pressure sensor when changing dpf for a new also.
If differace pressure sensor is ok this should work.

channel 12 didnt work

i did a removal but cudnt get car outa limp mode

Channel 12 does not work, because it made removing DPF. It is necessary to return the original firmware, then channel 12 will work. Should be reset before removing the DPF.

channel 12 does work mate on edc16 and ppd ecu after removal, this was edc17

iv done reset using vcds on a4 edc17 but this one was strange
