BDM would be your only chance, post ecu numbers and a photo of the main connector if possible.
I was trying to update a Delco Delphi MT35E ECU on a Zafira 2005 Z16XEP via GlobalTIS.
Got as far as Transfering data and got Flashing error, tried it again twice and the same again.
Now I have a blank ECU on the car.
How can I flash it off the car?
What software do I need to do the flashing?
Obviously I will need a full flash and pinout if some could oblige at the same time. I'll appreciate it greatly.
Thanks iin advance

Yeah it could work with BDM but i think procesor need somthing like 3.3V and BDM givs 5V so do a check on that before killing the ECU.
I have one reseted (i think) unit in my garage for sale. Could try to read it with FG-tech or MPPS next week.
Bdm not support this, its not mpc processor; inside you will find 29fxxx flash
Kess v2 FW 5.017 full unlimited token - Ktag 7.020 full unlimited token
ALL EDC17/MED17 EEPROM CHECKSUM + VAG IMMO OFF BY EEPROM - NO SAFE
EDC16/17 POPCORN - ME7/7.5 ANTI LAG - LAUNCH ALS/NLS
DPF EGR DTC SCR, Custom Tuning, Damos Translation, FRF / SGO Files
Professional Engine Software Development
It?s a good job I didn't use the BDM. I don't have FG-Tech or MPPS.
Had a quick look on Flebay and that MPPS is cheap enough to get. Which is the better one, Clear Bodied or the Black Bodied
What I did notice was that it?s an OBD Cable. Will I be able to use the pin out below to read/write the flash on the bench?
@ jp_olli If you read the Flash for me I will greatly appreciate it.
this can happen if you try to flash the module with a "wrong" firmware.
eg Z12XE to Z12XEP
I have the tee shirt for this!
PS: yes the wiring you have works OK on the bench.
Here it is. Flash and virgin eeprom.
Carprog took about an hour to read it, so I really hope it works.
