    Default help with my wii

    Hello, i am new to this site, i have read rules so i do hope i dont breach anything , am i allowed to ask about updating a wii shopping channel, i have a home brew thing on it, games work from a hard disc and it has an sd card with some jargon on it, i been told to get net flix which is my main goal, that i have to not update the wii but download some files and bung em to the sd card, but with out some kind of advice i may just stuff up the whole shebang, and have very upset kiddies to deal with . thanks for reading your patience with me, and any help you may give me.

    Welcome to DK.

    You can use ModMii zip which you run from Windows to download the Shopping Channel and install it with MMM which it will also download for you.

    you could follow keiths advice or you could just use this Digital Kaos - Downloads - 4.3 shop channel updater v20
    don't forget to follow the link in the file description for install instructions

    thanks for all who have commented to help me, i have tried but i am struggling to do this, i have pulled out the sd card and put it in the pc, thats as far as i have got , what to put on and what to do with after that well its not as easy as i thought it would be

    how ever i am thinking all i need to do is find a way to open the contents on the sd card, drag over some kind of wad manager and then drag the updated stuff into that folder, pc is not opening the sd card though,
