Try to connect your wiggler interface directly to LPT port, without any extension cable.
NRST should be OK. Also try VDD on pin2, and GND on pin(s) 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20.

I have Jtag programm- verify O.k .
Carprog after reflash dont connect via usb . DEVICE NOT CONNECTED.
