    Default Satellite Tv Setup

hi ive got sky dish outside on house with guad lnb, however i have sky hd box downstairs with 2 inputs and a sky hd box upstairs with 2 dish inputs.

Just bought a Skybox F3 for my room and ive got no satellite connection, the cable has been cut.

been into loft and can see the coaxial cable going into the other bedroom.

is there anyway of putting a splitter on the cable and having another coaxial to my box or do i have to use a bigger lnb and feed a new cable in.

    thanks

Nah, you cant split the connection, it needs its own feed from dish.... Are you using recording features on both SkyHD boxes? If not then you only need one feed going into the SkyHD box, then use the other in your F3... Otherwise you'll need to buy an Octo LNB for your dish, cheap as cheaps and easy to fit...

Like I said, you cant split the exhisting feeds.. Buy an Octo LNB, they're less than 20 quid, replace your exhisting LNB with it and run a new feed in.
