I will call them to see how they solve the problem.
Although it costs me $ $ $ $

i've tried formatting and reinstalling windows and insite 7.2 no luck. I thought maybe reg entry was causing problems. I work for peterbilt dealer and contacted cummins to buy software and register to me, but they said they will not sell to individual.

That is not correct. I placed insite version 7.03 on rapid share and I use it all the time. I got help from this forum to get the key gen and it works fine for all levels.

You must be doing something wrong.

It is for accessing the computer system for Cummins engines. You have to have an interface to use it.
