is the pcid case sensetive becauseit wil not take the key the pcid is 850AD3DF please help

I tried to remove at ECM password, but i got an errorcode 26110, does enybody how's what that mens?
And does somebody has the Master password for an ECM modul, so that i can changes parametens = low idle and high idle

there are 2 options in insite to remove the passwords
