Guys, if no one minds I have a few questions because I'm not sure how this whole Cummins Insite program and passwords works. First, thank you kindly yshqd for the passwords you gave me. Greatly appreciated. Now, I notice these expire, am I right? Mine says Basic and Pro expires around 2012. And when I input Fleet and ECM passwords it says calibration counts: 100. Does that mean only 100 diagnostics are allowed? And with all this said, are there any cracks I could use for it to never expire? I would appreciate if one of you guys are kind enough to respond. Again, I don't know about this because this isn't my thing, it is for my father who knows how to use the program but doesn't know his way around all these passwords and expiration dates and stuff. He uses is at work by the laptops and programs given to him by the company. Thank You.
I'm pretty sure the calibration count is when the ECM is locked with a password & you either forgot or don't know what it is. You then do the calibration to remove it.
Its pretty rare that you would need to do this, so I'm sure 100 will last. I worked in a 25+ technician shop at one point, and we did like 4 or 5 a year.
Hi guys, the Fleet password is used to get Fleet calibration counts, it means you can reprogram/recalibrate 100 or whatever ECM's using the Incal DVD or CD; the Zap-It(ECM Password removal) counts are used to remove the password from password-locked ECM's. You can use the software to scan, erase fault codes, change tires, etc, for an unlimited number of ECM's.![]()
