    Default Triumph CDI

    hi Guys
    can anyone identify this capacitor from the number?
    its got H N4 22Z2 written on one side and the other side is fried. sorry if its a stupid question, dont know a lot about electronics (i.e. nothing).

    damm it'.

    thats not a capacitor - it's a thingy.

    damm, go to some INFERIOR forum and maplins.co.uk it's a 'lighting arrester' - goes dead short then over voltage.

    go find somebody you don't like and rob theiir laptop power supply, see if you can skank one.

    might be wortj a small amount of line looking at sad forums for people with fax machines.

    will start pulling stuff apart and failing that Maplins here i come...

    1) Yeah Daddy teached me well - before he died

    2) Yes that looks feasable, says circuit protecetion.

    3) pritty sure Maplins do them - if you end up buying from the "I Love You
    Long times", might be worth buying a bag full - with cost of shipping

    use them as poker chips down the pub if you have to
