    Default f3 please help with wifi

    Hi Guys, I have a sky box F3 with all channels loaded, I am trying to connect it to wifi using wifi usb but for some reason its coming up connecting and after some time it says unable to connect, my router key is WPA2 can someone guide me step by step please as I am new to all this.

    Much appreciated

    does ur router show up after u enabled wifi device?

    Hi, yes it does, and when i put passkey in it says connecting then after some time comes up unable to connect

    sounds like the passkey is wrong, are u putting it exactly as it suppose to be as in lower case and higher case letters

    Hi mate, yes I am putting it right, tried a few times always same message coming up, is there anything to do with the settings or router security key?

    Hello mate don't fret this is common occurance try this quick fix first. When you try to connect and when timeout message appears hold down the red power button on remote to reboot the box then let box connect you should see 3 on screen messages while this is happening takes about 2/3 minutes

    Its sky official wifi, its sorted now i was putting passkey in caps , thanks for help guys.
