i have problem whit my tool das,soft is 07.2011 ,i do diagnostic in many cars all ok,today i test ml320 old years 99 but soft use hht-win and say me comunication error, i test in vito old and it is same problem!!why

Which tool do you have, PartD mux or SDconnect?

Perhaps your HHTWIN.INI settings, can you post your current settings?

HELLO I have a new mb star c5 12/2018,I buy all package with laptop panasonic cf-19,but this tool not work with older car I have A -class 99 year 170cdi with start error,tri connect to the car but receive message INCORECT VEHICLE ADAPTER CABLE,my HHTWIN maybe is not ok for this version,please help me for resolve this problem.another vehicle read sucesfully slk 171 2007,sprinter 2002year,e class 2013,but this older models not working I have veri need for this models on diagnostic.thanks
