    Hello,
Sorry for the new thread but i need urgent help.
In the picture in the lower right corner i have marked with a yellow dot a transistor. Does anybody know what type of transistor it is? On mine i can't read anything.

The picture is taken from the forum. It's not the picture from my EDU. In my EDU , another transistor that is similar with another from the picture i have posted, has this inscription : B1 or sB1 .
    Sorry for my english.
