PEUGEOT 607 MAGNETI MARELLI RT3 REPQIR HELP

Hi boys and girls

A frend of mine bougt Peugeot 607 2006 year from Germani

The car is fited with MAGNETI MARELLI NAVIGATION SISTEM

with big color lcd display.

All was ok until frend of mine decide to change language of unit from German to English,he go to Peugeot diler and they sell him disk with firmware update with that disk he should follows the steps and eventuali change the language.
He put disk to unit and begain software update but at 90% something is ****..t up and unit is now dead,no power up at all no sound simply nothing.
Another gui from mi town have same Peugeot with same radio
i take front panel from his radio and put it to broken one and broken one start to work ok.
So according to me firmware is located in procesor of front panel
The mcu is NEC D78F0828 and the eeprom in front panel is M95040
I read eeprom and will post dump i also try to read MCU with ETL nec programmer but programmer read onli eeprom area of the chip and dhat area is empti onli ffff
Mi qestion is did some one can help wit dump or info to repair this unit

I am litle afraid to read procesor from working radio to not mess up something but i wil if no other options
