Default Even the computer mouse has fleas!

Revolting gallery of filthy home offices piled high with cigarette butts and beer cans

must remember to turn me web cam off

When you have to wade through a sea of lager crates to commute to an office in your own home, you know it's time for a desktop clean-up.

As these pictures of squalid working conditions show, some people have no sense of pride, or safety, when it comes to their home offices.

One set-up shows a keyboard half-buried in cigarette ends, while another computer user has limited elbow room thanks to a massive build-up of Coke bottles.

The images, posted on photo sharing website Imgur, also reveal the desolate existence of some - but clearly there are those that like a 'bean bag' chair, half-built hardware and bare brick wall for company...

Now where did I leave my drink? As this filthy home office shows, there comes a point when you have to use that recycle bin

Terminal decline: Commuting to your in-house workspace isn't always easy

I know the keyboard's there somewhere: This home worker clearly likes to stay caffeinated

Bags of experience in his field: Does one of those Note-Its say: 'Time to clear up'?

Where even vacuum cleaners dare not go: All these gallery images were posted on photo sharing website Imgur

Traffic cone, mattress, sunglasses... yep, everything a home office worker needs

Going for the minimalist look (also known as bleak, desolate and slightly worrying)

Just 'grim' and bear it: Time to call the IT help desk?

The perfect place for a board meeting... as in floorboard
