Exclamation Missing BBC Three and four n others

guys i noticed a few posts about missing a few channels. ones i have noticed:

    BBC Three
    BBC Four
    CBBC
    CBeebies
    BBC News

I'm using the latest commando image and I have tried to manually add with a single transponder scan with the settings from kingofsat but message says transponder failed. Any pointers? oh and I tried using SGTFlipFlop but the channels still missing.

use blue button on remote and browse to tuxbox commander to the info file for setting up you box properly. It explains how to set up the box correctly, without the need for anyone elses bouquets and the added bonus of being able to set your location.
You can also browse the help files using dreambox control centre, go to var>etc>info
In approx 12 minutes you should have box set up, channels back...happy dayz
