Willem and UPA strange fault - perhaps my PC related

Hi Guys,

I wanted to use my UPA-USB today, and it did not show up on the software, like it's not even connected. In the device manager it shows up with a yellow triangle and under the name:

"Yan Hua EZ USB EEPROM missing"


Now, I tried to connect my Willem, which is original, and it does absolutely the same!!! Yellow triangle and

"Yan Hua EZ-USB (2131Q/2131S/2135S) - EEPROM missing"


What the fappin hack could cause this? And what should I do to make them again operational?
