OK, now I have got activated DiagBox 6.22.
My solution is simple - if you have the same problems as me - Failure of the activation (error 0) try to reinstall Windows XP, do not install the drivers for Bluetooth and WiFi. Just install the drivers for the LAN (if those drivers are not already installed) and connect to the internet via LAN (RJ-45 cable) then install DiagBox (v6.01) patch, activate, update (e.g. v6.22 or newest), and then that's all. After that, make sure DiagBox works.
Now you can install the other drivers, and disconnect from the Internet from LAN and connect to the Internet via WiFi - on my laptop it works.
