HELLO
i have a stange probleme whit my upa original
i have read the mcu 912DG128 of uch renault laguna 2 whithout probleme
i have connect 4 wires!! vss vdd reset and bkgd
and one wire reset is disconnect because i have a bad connection in this pin and i can read and write the mcu whithout connection of the pin reset it is normaly

Yes, sometimes not need conect reset pin for read

yes in some mcu no nedd reset pin conect,
but is more stable conention this.
