    Default Picasso no AC -3071deg

    Halo,
Citroen Picasso year 01/2006 engine NFU 1587 80kW
no AC, no trouble code but on parameter it say ambient temperature -3071 C deg.

Is it talking about the sensor fitted behind the small grill on dash or the one in the evaporator?
Didn't have a look at the car yet.
Do you have electric scheme for AC so I will not order sensors for nothing?
    Customer angry.

-3091 deg C means nothing on manual AC. This system doesn't have an internal temperature sensor and the system is called unregulated AC system.
Will check the rest of the system.

That one is reading fine because in the top display the temperature is 26 deg C.
The sensor in the evaporator reads 1.76kOhm, vehicle closed in full sun at 12.00 PM
and 2.44kOhm, vehicle closed in half sun at 12.00 PM

Will have a look inside BSI, might need SnPb refresh or the internal relay (silly why put one in?!?!) might need to be tossed.

Valeo with 3 black big relay and 1 white small relay. The BSI is made of 2 pcb and it's not easy to separate, I mean in the place where the car sits: a garden with nothing.
The varnish in the pcb act like a glue so the separation process is not easy and could result in a pcb damage.
No separation = no way to track the field down to the relay.
I closed the BSI and I'll put a switch and an external relay, driver want AC operate switch and he will receive fresh air.
A not-to-do-solution that will shorten the repair time.

Let it explode, told to this garage not to do operation and told it's 0 eur for this work only because that garage is in trouble.
    A not to do repair.
