Opel Astra II, 2.0DTL, need dump 24c02 cooling module

hello, I have problem with opel astra II 2.0 dtl, 1999year

Fans run all the time the ignition is switched on

I read fault:

00051 - Defective EEPROM - replace the control module

When I erase fault the fans stop working, but when I turn on the ignition again, the fault appears again, and the fans are starting to work.

I checked all power and grounds, and wires, all is ok

Cooling module is Delphi .
Car without air conditioning.

Please help me.
