im doing this from memory(which is poor at best) as although i have 2 f3 boxs here there boxed up ready for shipping in the morning...press menu, scroll untill you see network ect, enter the network menu and on the left hand side goto to lan set-up at bottom, ok then at the top right it says dchp, scroll left then right to switch off then on and go to bottom and select apply to save. now put the box in standby and bring it out of standby. regards mdt

    Hi

What mdt has said is spot on, the f3 and m3 once setup and disconnected will default to dhcp off.

Once the box has got to the user dhcp will have to be put back on.

Think this is the case with the S12 too but not sure.

Dont think this was the case with the other openboxes.

    Regards
