    Default Problem with Halo 4

    Hi Guys

A friend of mine phone me saying he bought a second hand phat xbox with 6 games and 6 backups.

All worked fine apart from Halo 4. When he puts Halo 4 into his Xbox it just says play DVD. But when you click play it looks like its about to load but then immediately disconnects from Xbox live then reconnects to xbox live but the game doesn't load.

    Thanks for any help...

    Hi Cunny

I no a bit about the xbox but never came across this problem before.

It has the latest flash LT 3.0 and the dash is up to date.

    Only Halo 4 doesn't work
    The Incredible Hulk
    Black ops 1 & 2
    Fifa 12
    Skate 3
    Halo 4

I'd check the burn quality of halo 4 and that it passes in ABGX

    Thumbs down

Burn is good and ABGX fine. The Halo 4 game boots with no problems in other flashed xboxs.

Have u tested it tho? Could be a poorer burn that the laser is struggling with.

I am putting it down to the laser as its a perfect burn. And as stated before the game loads and plays with no problems in other flashed xboxs. The only thing that surprises me is the disconnecting then reconnecting to xbox live when i try to load the game..
