    Default PROBLEM WITH XPROG M clone

    hello freinds
    I was reading a fismodule for a radio with xprog m
    i connect 2 wire 12v power and one wire GND
    my xprog m touched GND and he has short circuit
    now i cant read any thing
    i want a help tor repair it

    have you open it and see if there is something burn ?!
    try to see if it read a 24Cxx or other thing ?!

    i have open it but there is no thing
    and i try to read many eprom and no succes

    any led is blinking ?!
    do you measure if there is any current in the PCB ?!

    when i want to read it displays a message (device insertion error bad contact at pin 1.2.3.5.6.7.8 )
    I reverse the eprom but the same problem
    I tried with another XPROG and it work perfect

    check all zender diodes, and 5V and 3,3V stabilaizers. if all is good, your atmega is fried, but i think it will can be 5V or zender.

    there are two 3 leg chips near power in, ech is there 5V and 3,3 V stability. then chek the diodes that are near the small 8x2 pin output, they all should not have 0 resistance.

    Hi can somebady tell me how to repair xprog m? I have this same problem what RACHMACH when i try read 24c16 i have a error device insertion error bad contact at pin 5.6.8.
    If anybody have a solution how to fix this.
