NEED FILE FOR TOYOTA ESTIMA ECU 89666-28090

I need help with a file for toyota estima 2001 model with eeprom 93c86,the owner lost the keys and some one erased the eeprom.
the ecu number is 89666-28090'i would also like to know the id of the chip used in this car.
