Here is software of my 908 cable.
First set date on sept. 2009.
Install softvare.
Connect cable and updste driver.
Run software on VCDS icon.
(software not work if cable is not connected!!!!)
Click OPTION, test you can see USB port ok, cable not pluged in to car.
Connect cable on car, test:
K1 OK
K2 OK
CAN OK (or not redy)
Save.
Click About, you can see serial number and Full registred.
