Problem to read EAM Hc705x32 with xprogm

Hi guys,
I can't read EAM hc705*32 with my xprogm. It show DEVICE is SILENT timeout error, am i doing something wrong? Could somebody help me with the connection in case mine is wrong.

You must set the value of the oscillator

MANY TIME IT HAPPENT USB PORT NO RIGHT POWER.
CHANGE PORT.

In both thread you get solution.But you wont accept advice.
