No problem with xprog for me, but did you pit external pwr on your xprog.
And no need for direct soldering on mcu There are solderpoints on your PCB.

    Regards Adam.

Friend I tryed to read in BDM points and result is ?no BDM conection? if conect like anterior photo starts reading but makes error and only FF and some bytes, do you think that need to lift any pin, Digimaster reads by BDM points but dont read all memory, can you explain me how to input sec bytes in Xprog? Thx.

Just select your mcu in xprog menu There is sec and unsec and xprog finds sec bytes automatic.

Thanks Bro you were right, imagine i didnt make it right first time for my inexperience with Xprog but like you said, selected secure and readed eeprom and flash, only some times gives error but if you insist Xprog reads fine, Thx.

Why you read flash, eeprom is enough for milleage.
Dont take the risk for corrupting flash data.

    Regards Adam.
