i think it is on back side
i think it is on back side
i also think the same... but it is very hard to get on the back side.
i think it is glue like EDC7UC31 from Iveco/MAN.
maybe somebody has some information where are located simillar pins on this side.
Tuning by obd
just by OBD reader or try to rehot and carefully open it
yes. i know that tuning, dpf off, egr... etc... by OBD, BUT to Clone it??
how?
or if i want to tune it and car is not here... do you have pin connection?
i have byteshooter master, fg tech2, mpps... etc.
thanks emiliogsm... but i cannot permit to damage such ECU. it cost 1300 euro.
i know that but you have no other way to clone it
i am open alot a ecu like this and its not so hard .
Just use a BGA rework station on 150 degrece and rehot back side .
ps
BDM is in another side of pbc, like emilio said the best solution to remove pcb without demage is heat and very carefully to dont bend the pcb. The pinout you can find in wiki obdtuning.
BGA rework station not have, just one cheap hot air gun.
i will try to do this job..
just do it slowly and careful and you will be fine
