All the questions should start from what car, what year, what engine is what fuel. What are the symptoms of the problem. Only then is what you know, what fault code, live data, what you have done.

Good morning everyone.
I am new on the delphi software and any help will be appreciated.
I have installed delphi 2012.3 and when prompted for the first time, the program asks me the serial and HW code.
I put some of serial and HW that I saw here in forum but after that program tries to connect to server and it gives error.
Can someone help me to activate this version?
