What are you going to flash the tcm with? Vas or Vag Can Pro? Those are the only tolls which you can use to flash that hybrid tcm.

Just do you remember if it is an antituning software or a pre-antituning flashable by obd?

No, there isn't TPROT, You can write this via OBD without any problem.

I find engine counter on 2 and gearbox counter on 3...how can I be sure multitronic gearbox is still original?

I know this might sound like a stupid but can you tell me where do you see the engine counter and where do you see the gearbox counter? What tool are you using to read and flash?
