Please don't use CAPS Lock on a forum, it's seen as shouting & a bit rude.

The problem you have is with the codecs the TV will support.

I think your only easy option is to convert the file into another format that the TV does support.

If you post the TV details someone will be able to give you a list of supported formats.

Page 32 of the manual gives you this...

    Mpeg 1&2 support with MP3, AC-3 (optional) & PCM

    AVI (Xvid) support with Mpeg2 .. MP3, AC-3 & PCM

It's possible that the codecs used on the downloaded file are newer than those stored on the TV.

If you can convert the file to Mpeg2 with MP3 audio, it could work. My mind is telling me the file is coded with AC3 audio. This tends to be updated more than the video stream.

Oh dear, why dont people read their products manual themselves, surely its gotta be quicker than posting on a forum then waiting for somebody else to read their manual for them..

    Anyway.....
Whats the Format & Resolution of the Video you downloaded??? (we dont know)

Is this format & resolution compatible with your TV's media playback capabilities??? (we dont know)

When you know the answers to the above come back if you still have an issue...
