Is there a way this ecu to be chiped i do not recognise eprom or flash,and if yes woth i hav to reed#write ???

Same years ago , I have one here , but only find after car is gone , that you can read the 84 pin MCU

I think that HD6475368CP16 is installed.
The ECU need PLCC84 socket, but i am not sure about eprom.
Do anybody know a good source for eeprom chips to put in PLCC84 socket?
