Default Skybox f3 glitching help please

I'm getting a lot of picture freeze and then sync issues on movie channels. I have tried the following. Reset box and router. Turn off time shift. Set output to 1080i instead of 1080p. Flash different firmware and ch list. Anything I'm missing here? I'm assured the line is good! Cheers

Curious with your question re:superhub? I have superhub and as mentioned in another post I have started to get glitching over the past few days! To add to this - I have 2 skyboxs set up one is hardwired to superhub and 2nd is wireless. Not an issue with provider as I know others with this provider with different boxes and they have no issues.

some have added a wifi router in between box hub and plugged their lan cables into that and switched off crappy wifi on the hub and it brings up your signal.
