Adding/unscrambling extra channels for Skybox F3

I recently got a Skybox f3, it came with almost every channel, however it doesn't have a few that I really want, such as Boxnation. These channels come up as 'scrambled'.

I'm a complete beginner at this stuff, how difficult would it be for me to get these channels unscrambled?
