    Default skybox m3 sat search

    hi have skybox m3 with all uk channels but also old sky dish on roof think its 19.2 if i connect it 2 my skybox and scan will i lose my current stuff on my box cheers

    If its a sly dish pointed at 19.2 then I don't believe you'll pull in anything without a new lnb on it

    Not if you just scan the one sat. Any channels found will go into All.

    If you have put a cnannel list on you mayhave to enter the sat manually.

    new to this thought i could hook up dish scan get channels so u think its not worth the hassle guys cheers

    As mentioned in a previous reply, you won't pick anything up on that old dish unless you change the LNB.

    The one currently on it will more than likely be an old type for analogue tv...we are now in the digital age.
